KPI definitions used on this board

Net Collection Ratio: Payments posted ÷ (charges − contractual adjustments), same period.
AR over 90 days: Open balance aged 91+ days ÷ total open AR, at period end.
Days in AR: Open AR ÷ average daily gross charges, trailing 90 days.
Denial rate: Claims denied by the payer ÷ claims submitted.
Rejection rate: Claims rejected front-end (clearinghouse / scrubber) ÷ claims submitted.
Payments posted: Net payments posted from remits in the period.

Definitions are written once in the Power BI model, so every page and every filter uses the same maths.
